New or copied objects no longer appear automatically in the overview area of PPOME or similar transaction. You use the ‘New’ or ‘Copy’ functionality to create a new object. This object is created but it is not displayed automatically in the Overview Area.

1. Access transaction PPOME or similar (PPOSE etc.).
2. Right click on a position object.
3. Select the copy function COPY and click the green check mark.
4. SAVE the changes or EXIT to main menu and return to PPOME to view newly created object.

The new, copied object should display in ‘Overview Area’ but it does NOT. It only displays in the ‘Detail Area’.

The behaviour of the automatic ‘refresh’ within PPOME had been modified due to recent support pack updates.

The follwoing notes correct the behaviour of the automatic refresh within PPOME.

If these notes are already implemented in your system, then the root cause of this could be that Badi Implementation: CMCB_HR_ORG_REBUILD of the Badi: HROM_NF_BUFFER is set to active. If it is the case that your business process doesn’t need/use ‘Cash Budgeting’ then setting the implementation: CMCB_HR_ORG_REBUILD to Inactive should resolve the issue. This can be done via the following path:

SE18-> Badi: HROM_NF_BUFFER-> Implementation-> Overview-> CMCB_HR_ORG_REBUILD
