I want to change Quota deduction number after a leave has been entered into the system.
Ex:-
Leave Type:- AB1
Quota Type:-QT1 (One quota deduction per day of leave)
Now I want to change the quota deduction number for some cases.
Is there any User Exit/ BADi available.
I have tried using PBAS0001.But it doesnot meet my requirement.

This is what I found in the SPRO (in Time Management – Absences – BADI’s)
“If you want to generate new values for payroll hours and days, but using a factor is not sufficient for your requirements, you can use the PT_ABS_ATT_COUNTRY BAdI ( Free Determination of Payroll Hours and Payroll Days).”
Maybe this could be the place to influence the deducted numer of hours? Haven’t tried this yet so good luck!

Why don’t you check with SAP Standard Quota Accruals & Deductions.
If your requirement is 1 quota number per 1 day of leave, SAP Standard functionality can meet your requirement.
Try with Quota Accruals & Deductions rule properly and logically it will resolve your problem
