Deleting Time Cluster with RPUP2D10

Rinkysmile

I want to delete employee’s time cluster using RPUP2D10. But in
the selection criteria there is no option to enter Pernr. From
the output screen with the Key, it’s very hard to figure out the
PERNR. Any suggestions ?

We are trying to delete time cluster for the following issue –
Employee was hired on 10/02/2006. Time Evaluation Ran that
night. But Employee actually show up on 10/03 . Using PA30–>
Utility–>’Correct Actions’ the employee’s IT0000 and other ITs
date was changed to 10/03/2006.When time evluation ran on
10/03/2006 m It’s giving error as ‘No Work Center data on
10/02/2006.

Is there any other way to fix this apart from deleting time
cluster for 10/02.

You can still use RPUP2D10. specify the employee number in the sort key
field using the following format xxxxxxxxyyyymmn – where xxxxxxxx is the 8
digit employee number (use leading zeroes if your pernr is less than 8
digits), yyyy is the year, mm is the month and n is the cluster type
(usually it is 1). You can get the cluster type from the display cluster B2
program RPCLSTB2 (or tcode pt_clstb2). Please test in sandbox first.

Can use RPUP2D00 to delete the B2 clusters. (Note: Relation ID = B2,
Sort Key = 00PPPPPP0000000000 to 00PPPPPP9999999999 where PPPPPP is
PERNR.

Thanks a lot for your response. That really helped. I was getting confused with the key earlier. It helps now. Thanks a ton again.!!!
