The chatbots are designed to help, for instance, consumers to procure services and products in a personalized, natural way or to automate service processes for companies, e.g. telecommunications, banks, insurances, or energy providers. Recast.AI’s technology and capabilities are going to be used by both SAP’s digital assistant SAP CoPilot and chatbots across all SAP product segments.

The solution is intended to consider complex forces in play and detect both instantaneous consequences of one-off events and long-term effects of cyclic loads.
