Set up Pay Statement for Off-Cycle Payroll Using HRFORMS

After the payroll has completed successfully, you can output the payroll results as a pay statement in addition to the payroll log.

Context

You can choose the pay statement form type, HRFOMRS or EDT form type, for the application Manage Off-Cycle Payrolls.

  • Value 01 or 11 for feature PBCHO

    HRFOMRS form type will be used.

  • Value 00 or 10 for feature PBCHO

    EDT form type will be used.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Customizing activity Determine Form Type for Remuneration Statements under Customizing for Payroll: International  Payroll Control Center  Ad Hoc Off-Cycle Payroll.
  2. If you want to use HRFORMS form type for the pay statement, set the returning value of feature PBCHO to 01 or 11.
  3. Navigate to the Customizing activity Set Up Display for Remuneration Statements Using HR Forms Workplace under Customizing for Payroll: International  Payroll Control Center  Ad Hoc Off-Cycle Payroll.
  4. Define the file name for the pay statement.
