Symptom

When submitting a Wage Return to Digipoort using the new URLs (wus.digipoort.logius.nl or wus.preproductie.digipoort.logius.nl), customers might receive one of the following error messages:

– You may not send a Wage Return to the productive environment at the Tax Office out of a non-productive SAP system
– You may not send a Wage Return to the pre-productive environment at the Tax Office out of a productive SAP system

Solution

As part of the Digipoort migration, the productive environment URL changed.

This SAP Note enhances the environment validation check to recognize the new productive URL. Before this update, the validation logic generates the error messages mentioned above when the system encounters the new Digipoort URL.

The validation check ensures that the target environment (productive/pre-productive) matches the SAP client type to prevent accidental submissions to the wrong environment.

Delivery

Import the HR Support Package relevant for your release. For more information, see SAP ERP Human Capital Management Support Package Schedules or SAP S4 HCM Support Package Schedules.

SAP recommends that you implement the Support Package. However, if you need to install a solution earlier, use the SAP Note Assistant.
